Session Payment and Scheduling Information

To fully support your health & wellness, payment for Coaching Sessions is required in advance. This allows us to dedicate our full attention to your progress. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Unfortunately, sessions missed due to insufficient notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
